Instructor Agreement

1. Instructor Status

• Instructors are independent contractors, not employees
• Instructors are responsible for their own taxes and expenses
• No employee benefits are provided
• Instructors are free to work for other platforms
• Instructors retain control over their teaching methods

2. Services Provided

• Create or support high-quality ESL and educational materials
• Develop course lessons, worksheets, audio resources, books, or related learning content
• Maintain professional standards in all Study Wise Hub work
• Respond to content quality, accuracy, or support questions when required

3. Compensation

• Compensation terms are defined in the individual written agreement with each instructor or contributor
• Payment timing, revenue share, or project fees may vary by role and agreement
• Invoices or payment documentation may be required
• Instructors and contributors are responsible for reporting and paying their own taxes

4. Intellectual Property

• Instructors retain copyright to their original content
• By joining the platform, instructors grant Study Wise Hub an exclusive license to use their content on the platform
• Instructors may not use Study Wise Hub platform materials elsewhere without written permission
• All content must be original or properly licensed

5. Quality Standards

• Maintain a minimum rating of 4.0 out of 5.0
• Complete your instructor profile with qualifications
• Respond to platform communications promptly
• Participate in quality review processes
• Update course content regularly

6. Confidentiality

• Keep all student information strictly confidential
• Do not solicit students outside the platform
• Protect all platform proprietary information
• Non-disclosure obligations survive termination of this agreement

7. Term and Termination

• Agreement terms are defined by the applicable written agreement
• Either party may terminate according to the agreed notice period
• Immediate termination may occur for serious breaches of this agreement
• Study Wise Hub may remove or stop using content that violates standards, laws, or platform requirements

8. Indemnification

Instructors agree to indemnify and hold Study Wise Hub harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their services, content, or conduct on the platform.
