2. Parental Consent Process

4. Instructor Guidelines for Working with Minors
- Instructors and contributors must follow child-safe communication standards
- No exchange of private contact information with children under 18 is permitted through Study Wise Hub support channels
- Parents or guardians should supervise child use of courses and learning materials
- Instructors and contributors must immediately report any concerning behavior or safety issue
5. Safety Measures
- Customer support channels are reviewed by Study Wise Hub staff
- Direct messaging for children under 13 is not offered
- Access controls and payment protections are used where applicable
- Safety concerns are reviewed promptly
- We fulfil mandatory reporter obligations where applicable law requires it
